How to reduce the amount of unwanted energy transfer?
Should a Tutor not dispute a Complaint within 48 hours of being notified, the Lesson Fee will be refunded the Tutee and the Tutor Fee will not be paid to the Booking Tutor. A Tutor must allow at least 15 minutes from the scheduled start time of a lesson for the Tutee to attend the lesson. If a Tutor fails to do so, the Tutor will be liable to refund the Tutee the entire Tutor Fee for the lesson. If a Tutor makes a booking for a lesson which a Tutor fails to deliver to a standard expected by a Tutee and Shalom Education, the Tutor will be liable to refund the Tutee the entire Tutor Fee for the lesson. A Tutor must only make bookings for lessons in agreement with a Tutee.
“Booking Tutor” means a Tutor who uses the Shalom Education Website to schedule tuition lessons and uses Shalom Education as an agent to collects payments on his behalf.
